What is your Shipping Policy?
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico Due to shipping requirements, there is a surcharge on shipping to AK, HI, & PR. These costs are automatically reflected at checkout based on your Zip Code. Please use our shipping calculator above. Canadian Taxes & Tariffs: Shipments to Canada are subject to a combined 20% sales tax and international tariff of the final sales value. Shipping and Handling All orders usually ship within 2 business days (M-F) after a payment has cleared. Payments arriving after 10 a.m. Pacific Time or on Friday and Holidays are processed the next business day. Most items are shipped via FedEx. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We are NOT responsible for shipping delays once turned over to the carrier. Shipments returned to us by our shipping carrier due to an undeliverable/incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer. Any associated costs for re-shipment will be charged to and must be paid by the customer before we re-ship. If an incorrect item is received and reported with 72 hours, a pre-paid return shipping label will be issued to the customer at no cost. Once the incorrect item is received and inspected, the replacement order will be processed and shipped to the customer at no cost. Items reported incorrect or missing after the 72 hour inspection limit will not be considered for re-shipment. Damaged Products We take great care in shipping your products in protective packaging. However, should you receive a product damaged in transit, please contact customer service and file a claim within 72 hours of delivery. You may be required to hold the product for up to 10 days for inspection by the shipping carrier.

What is your Return Policy?
Please contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to shipment. Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of sale with proof of purchase. Returned items must be unused, not have been installed, in its original packaging, and include all parts including installation instructions. All returns are inspected upon arrival for damage or missing parts. Refunds will not be processed on items returned in used/damaged condition or missing parts. A restocking fee of 20% for faucets and 15% for sinks and accessories will apply to all returns. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
